Memorial Package

-We will schedule a complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation, where we can gently explore your needs and discuss how I may best support you

-Meet / zoom/ phone with family up to 5 times before event to coordinate all event activities.

-A personalized memorial or celebratory video approx 6-14 minutes long will be designed and created by collecting phots and videos from family members. The video can then be viewed and shared at the memorial and/or online. The video will be put on 3 thumb drives for client to keep.

-A P.A. / Sound system will be set up at the venue so all people speaking at event will be heard clearly. I will remain at event to make sure everything works properly and event sound and music run smoothly. I will gently guide the schedule of speakers so the service feels organized and meaningful.

-Personalized music or special song choices chosen by the family will  be played as guests arrive and played during event as needed.

-I coordinate the guests who wish to speak and provide gentle coaching to help them feel comfortable, in addition, I design and set out speaking prompts that make it easier for loved ones to express their memories with confidence.

-I will help set up any musicians that will be playing music or singing for the event.

-I will Emcee the memorial event: greetings/announcements/introductions. I remain available during the service to help organize, coordinate, and ensure the family can focus on being together.

-I provide suggestions for meaningful memorial favors or keepsakes that guests can take home, and when possible, I assist in creating them.

-Suggestions for meaningful activities, that can be included in the memorial.

-Suggest and help design memorial activities for kids, and when possible I can assist with chosen activity.

-I stay until the very end, assisting with clean-up and helping coordinate family members with tasks such as transporting flowers or food.

-I will walk alongside you through the entire process and remain available by text or phone whenever you need support, all the way up to your event.

-Boxes of Kleenex provided

-Extra Thumb Drives that contain memorial video; 15.00 each.
-63. cents per mile if driving over 30 miles to event.

-Eulogy service. I am a certified Funeral Celebrant and can help write and deliver eulogy or simply write it for your family to deliver -500.00

-Memorial video- 400.00 (6-14 minutes long)

-Provide P.A. Only- 300..00

-Provide P.A , provide curated/ personalized music and emcee the event- 400.00

-Design and print memorial/funeral poster 150.00 (need 2 weeks to order) -Design and print memorial/ funeral announcement cards 1.75 each (need 2 weeks to order)

-Create a beautiful email package to be sent to those who could not attend; pictures of the event, a copy of the eulogy and a link to the memorial video- add on to the memorial package=200.00

-Suggest and design death anniversary activities 150.00

-Pet Memorial services. Suggest and help you design event to memorialize your beloved pet. 300.00

-Create 5-8 minute pet memorial video to be watched online at your convenience or to be shared with family and friends 200.00 (includes one thumb drive)

-Pet Service with Video 450.00
